This is a 48 year old male. He has had both upper and lower eyelid surgery along with the removal of the lower eyelid fat pads. Eyes now look much larger. Also, visual fields have been improved by removal of the excessive upper eyelid skin.
This
procedure includes removing excess
skin and the fat pads are either partially
removed or shifted into a new position
which modifies the lower eyelid to
improve both function and appearance.
