This is a 52 year old male. He has had both upper and lower eyelid surgery. Notice the improvement of the fold in the upper eyelids and the removal of the lower eyelid "bags."
This
procedure includes removing excess
skin and the fat pads are either partially
removed or shifted into a new position
which modifies the lower eyelid to
improve both function and appearance.
