FACE LIFT (Rhytidectomy)

Face Lift Continued

The procedure generally lasts a few hours and is performed under general anesthesia. Incisions are made to lift your face and re-drape your skin in a natural, more youthful way. These incisions are hidden within the natural contours of the ears and hairline to minimize visible scaring. If fat is to be removed from the neck and face, an incision may be required under the chin.

We often see our face lift patients back to work after a short recovery time of 10 to 14 days. We suggest avoiding strenuous activity until all bruising has subsided, most often in 2 to 3 weeks.

Your face lift will help you look younger, more vibrant and rested. Effects usually last 5 to 10 years.
